Mystery

Kai walked into the meadow and began to look for something in the grass. Suddenly he saw something behind the stone and tried to pick it up. Suddenly he felt something bit into his finger and pulled his hand back. He looked at the thing he had picked up when he began to feel dizzy and began to shake. He dropped the thing in the grass. Then everything went black and he fell to the ground, unconscious.

Rei ran through the meadow when he saw someone lying on the ground in front of him. "Oh no." he whispered as he ran to Kai.

Kai lay on his stomach. He was cold and pale and he didn't seem to breath.

Rei sat down beside Kai and put two fingers on his neck searching for his pulse, but he didn't find it. He turned Kai around so he lay on his back and listened if he breathed, but he didn't. "No, it can't be true. It can't. You cant be dead." he said as tears began to fall from his eyes. He lay down and rested his head against Kai's chest as the tears ran down his cheeks. "Please Kai. Please don't leave me" he whispered. Suddenly he felt that Kai's chest was moving up and down under his head. "Kai?" he asked as he looked at the russian in front of him. "I have to take him back to the camp" he thought as he stod up and lifted Kai and carried him on the back all the way to the camp.
